We offer coaching and consulting services to bold, talented individuals and groups who want to leap fully and vibrantly into making the world a better place  (Passioneers™).  Our clients vary greatly in their demographics, yet they share the common desire to live much larger, personally and professionally, with greater focus, confidence, balance, joy, vibrancy, and abundance.   Our specialty is coaching leaders and groups who are making the world a better place, especially in the helping, healing, and entrepreneurial professions,  They include executives, business owners, artists, performers, coaches, spiritual leaders, and community advocates.  It’s our joy and passion to support these Passioneers as they support others,  Read our testimonials and more about our ideal clients.

Our Commitment to You

Our assumption is that, as a Passioneer, you already have, within yourself, more than you need to succeed on your own terms.  That is, to do what you love AND have “the rest” follow, as you define it.   We simply support you in moving through your biggest obstacles.  Our coaching style is ontological in that it blends “doing” and “being”: together with your coach, you will create and implement a powerful action plan for focus and commit to weekly wellbeing practices for balance.  You’ll also learn how to handle the mental and emotional barriers on your path.  Most importantly, you’ll have an experienced, objective coach supporting you throughout the process.

Our Coaching Offerings

Basic Offerings

• Breakthrough Now! Coaching Call (45 minutes).  The fastest, most powerful way to take a big step forward in your dreams.  Share your dreams, your challenges, and move from stuck to unstuck with a few simple, practical tools.

• JumpStart Program (4 weeks). Our very popular one-month coaching intensive, where you’ll create the awareness, confidence, game plan and tools to move forward powerfully towards your goals, regardless of your circumstances.  Required before entering our Mastery Program.

Includes:  Background exploration/research, a DISC behavior assessment (or a VIA Institute on Character survey & assessment), a 90-minute consultation and recommendation, two follow-up coaching sessions, unlimited emails and spot phone calls.

• No Charge Coaching Calls. We offer a few teleconferences throughout the month to connect, commune, and create infinite possibilities with other Passioneers!  Click on the link to find out more.

Special Offerings

• Passioneer Mastery Program  (12 weeks).  Our core customized coaching program by telephone.  Includes the JumpStart Program, with special focus areas on visioning, new project/venture launches, leadership & success skills, work/play balance, and time management.

• Passioneer VIP Club  (9 months).  Our high-touch, customized coaching services, by telephone or in-person.  Focus areas include new venture launches, leadership & success skills, work/play balance, and time management.

• Passioneer Summit Club (12 months).   Our most customized coaching program, which includes the benefits of the Passioneer Pro Club, but a bundle of 24 one-on-one tele-coaching hours.

• Group and Team Coaching.  Experience the powerful dynamics of group coaching, with our
  • Core 6-week Putting Passions into Action program, which focused on rallying your group or team on launching a new project, service, or product
  • A customized Passioneer program specifically for your group.
  • Mastermind Groups, created around specific themes, where you celebrate successes with your group members, and hold each other accountable for moving towards your goals.  Typically 6 – 12 weeks.
